Subject: Need help with box design.....

ive got a PioneerTS-W303C 12" sub, and have it in an inconvenient box at the moment... i want to put it into a box with measurements of around 37cm x 80cm x 15cm to fit nicely behind my back seats and give me back some boto space.... it will probably be a sealed enclosure..... and i was wondering if it would work.. and aswell as a squarer box that its on now...
