Okay, there are a couple of things that you need to consider here:
1. Do you want it to be as loud as possible or loud and clear?
2. To use those tubes, you are going to have to break out the measuring tape and a calculator to figure out the volume and the vent tuning. From what it looks like, those tubes may be just be a waste of space. The vents look too big from the pic to be of any use with a good set of 15's. Once you figure out all that, you will have to find a set of 15's that will work within those parameters.
3. If you plan on using those 12's you may want to consider building a new box for them as the one they are in looks like one of those factory built, one size fits all type thing, which doesn't work well when you are trying to optimize what you have. There again, all you have to do is break out that tape measure again and check the volume and then the ratios of the dimensions. Then you will almost know if you have something worth leaving those 12's in.
4. In my opinion, and what I try to achieve in every system I build, is that sealed boxes are the only way to go for clean accurate sound. Ported, bandpass and all the variations of them are loud, but they only play a very narrow freq range accurately, which is what I was talking about with that vent on those tubes. That vent has to be tuned for the freq range you want to accentuate. As for any of this fitting in the car you plan on getting, where there is a will there is a way... :) By the way, just for reference, right now I am running 2 10" MTX Thunder 5000's only getting 200 watts RMS a piece and they sound better than almost every set of 12's that I have put them up against that I didn't design and build the box for. This will all change in the next couple of weeks though as I am waiting on my Infinity Perfect 12's and a new 330X2 RMS amp to show up. If you have any questions drop me a line and I can dig up some links that can go into more detail and give you all the equations and all the other crap that need to be considered.
Hope this has helped and I should really cut down on the caffeine..... :)
