Woa, 2500.00 in start -up costs? I'm a tool and die maker and built a die that makes 6 X 9 speaker baskets. This die , we sold for around 90,000 .00 dollars. It was 6 feet long, weighted 8,000 pounds and ran in a punch press of 300 tons. If you are buying stamped baskets from someone, that will probably fit your budget. But if you think your going to start from scratch, you need more cash. If your going to build a mold for your cast baskets, you will need much more cash.
