Do not use trickle chargers that were not design to power a car device even an amp. Below this forum I have told someone of a power supply that can give about 24 amps of current with a 12 Volt DC. A car battery is around 12 volts to 14 volts. Mostly it is at 13.8 volts. The message is AMP WIRING. In my reply I show them a link to a power supply that might power a car amp with enough power to spare.
