Those specs were almost close to my 6.5 woofer that I bought a Radio Shack about 3 years ago. Now it is discontinued. A few weeks ago I measured them and the specs were waaaay off. The Qts that was printed for the 6.5 was 0.51 and I measured below 0.4. The Vas was also off the printed spec said 0.75 cu. ft. I measured 0.25 cu. ft.. The Fs that was printed 51 and I measured around 60 give or take a hertz. It seems little high. The Xmax was 6mm peak to peak so that was the same. I put it in a vented box about almost two times the Vb. I then tuned about 48 to 50 hz and sounds very good now. Sounds big for such a small woofer.

That woofer might be the same. Try buying and measure it. It doesn't cost much and if the specs were better than it showd. Than you have a very good but cheap woofer.

You can read about my 6.5 woofer on my web site. It is under 2nd system. I haven't re-edit and put the new specs in it yet.
