Polk has a 12" it looks like. MTX has a 12" as well, but I didn't see if it was DVC or not. Seems like most of those or 8 or 10" for outdoor application... big ones are hard to find!

I haven't ran the numbers on either to see if bandpass is a good fit though. Even a car sub with a rubber surround and poly cone could work (and probably save a few dollars).

Memphis is another brand that is getting love in the car audio circles right now, along with the other companies you mentioned. They are all still around!
