Subject: Amateur Question

Hey guys,

I recently bought two Kicker CVR "12 and a Sony XM-GTR2202 amplifier. I am getting problems getting this set up to work properly, or at all, without having turning the volume of my head unit all the way up. I know the amp is not of a good quality but it is the same one I had on my previous set-up andback then it worked fairly well. I thought it could be my ground connection but again it's connected to the same place my previous setup was. With the volume turned almost all of the way up the subs will hit fairly hard at first but then fade out. I know this is probably not very healthy for my subs. Any assistance would be much appreciated it.

Thank you, JC.
