A 12" driver with a sensitivity of 97dB/1W/1M and an Xmax of 2.35 mm is probably not going to make a good subwoofer.
In any case, it's not possible to determine Le from those specifications. Also, Le is not a constant, so I'm not sure that using it as an x-over component is the best approach.
