I can't tell you what the minimum dimensions are for a slotted port,
this website only gives the formula for a round port.

However, I can tell you that just replacing two ports by one with the
same length and total cross-section will _not_ result in the same
tuning frequency. You should use these formulas:

If you try a few cases with two ports vs a single port with the same
cross-section (diameter multiplied by square root of 2), you'll see that
the single port is shorter than the two vents.

Strangely enough the formula gives a different port length for the
constants given in that file. Maybe the Vb given there is not the
'effective' Vb, which would be about 80 litres to make the given Lv
correct. In that case the length of a single port should be 14.3cm or
5.66".
