I just ran the numbers on your driver and box.

You could use a 4" x 19" port with an elbow, but you would have to limit the power as it will be noisey (make 'chuffing' sounds).

A port large enough to be quiet will not fit in the box, it would have to be about 33" long.

Either a passive radiator is needed, or just run a sealed box with EQ.

That sized sealed box will be -3dB at 24hz with about 6dB of boost.

A 15" PR with a mass of 600~700 grams would be about right.

This would get you flat with no EQ into the 20hz region, lower in room. Will handle 400W and have the woofer be less than x-max, the PR will be moving about 2" peak-to-peak at 20hz or so.

The PR will have about 7dB more maximum output in the 20hz range.
