Hi, the sides of your box must be kept fairly rigid. That is usually achieved by selecting a suitable thickness for the box sides AND adding stiffeners to all the panels that can vibrate/resonate at frequencies that will interfere with the music you want to hear.
Both these ploys for attenuating the vibrations will work against a transparent box.
