Hello to all, I'm going to build a car sub and would like to bounce some quesions off of anyone who would like to help a noobee. I have a pair of MCM 55-2421 to work with. Specs listed below. I'd like to keep the sub as small as possible and I'm curious how well a vented push-pull slot-loaded sub would work. Do both drivers need to be loaded in the same internal volume or can the box be seperate compartments inside, each with seperate vents? Perhaps each compartment about 9 liters and tuned to 50hz. With a middle slot just large enough to fit the drivers through. Thanks, Greg Specifications: •Power capacity: 120W/240W RMS/peak •Frequency response: 25Hz ~ 1KHz •Nominal impedance: 4Ù •Voice coil diameter: 2" •Magnet weight: 47oz. •Sensitivity: 87dB W/M •Fs: 25.7Hz •Re: 3.4Ù •Le: 2.47mH •Qms: 14.0 •Qes: 0.22 •Qts: 0.22 •Vas: 30.43 liters •Mms: 59.78g •Xmax: 8mm (one-way) •Magnet gap height: 8mm •BL: 12.99 •Piston diameter: 163mm
