I would like to buy/build a unit that would produce 19 Hz. I work with a charity haunted house, and would like to produce this sound to build a sense of fear in customers. No other use is planned, so I'm looking for the cheapest way to achieve this.
I do not have prior speaker knowledge, so I am very new in this area.
