I would probably build a couple of dual 15 boxes.

This would have enough output for your use, fit your size, and be a good load for an amplifier to drive.

I would consider the Eminence Kappalite 3015LF. Two in a 10 cu ft box tuned to about 40hz.

A good amplifier and an electronic crossover. A Crest CPX2600 might be a good one to look at, it's both an amplifier and a crossover in one package.
