Answers:
1. I don't think there will be a problem with using two independent x-overs on the amplifier, once they're hooked up in parallel and the combined impedance that the amplifier sees is not below its lower limit. I think you will have a problem though with the difference in sensitivity between the SDX7 midbasses and the "high-efficiency" midbasses. I suggest using separate channels to drive them, so you can adjust the output levels to match accordingly.
2. Depends on exactly where you mount those tweeters
3. No reason why it shouldn't work. It may make getting in and out of the car and adjusting the seat a bit difficult though :-).
