Tim,

I misunderstood your internet difficulties as disinterest, at least, for my
advise. Could you describe the listening area, and give some
dimensions (L,W,H).

First, (I forgot to address this earlier), below a certain frequency, bass
is summed (equally) to both channels (balance centered), coming from
normal source material. There could be a sound track, somewhere, that
attempts some special effect with panning bass, and even so, it
wouldn't favor one channel. Please put this misinformation (bass bias
on left channel) out of your mind, as there is no logical basis or
technical benefit for it to be the case.

Concerning a second driver, a dual 21" Tekton sub would require
doubling the Vb to 24 cu/ft. If you have room for such a glorious
beast, I would definitely consider a push/pull alignment. One driver is
mounted normally, but the other is mounted facing into the cabinet
with the motor outside. The baffle board, of the latter, can be recessed
inward, so nothing actually projects beyond the plane of the side.

Tim, I gotta' go. More later.
