Nope, push-pull is a little different. Basically the second driver is located elsewhere on the box physically-inverted compared to the first driver, and the connections to it are reversed. The result is supposed to be less distortion, though I haven't seen any data that backs that up.
To design, simply design an alignment for two of those drivers, then invert one as indicated above. With the M&K systems, I think they placed one driver at the bottom of the box (better I guess than having this ugly-ass magnet sticking out of the front or the sides!).
