Hi, to EQ a vented box from 49Hz to 20Hz will require enormous bass boost. This will ruin the SPL potential in the upper bass frequency range of the speaker. Gaining half an octave can give good results. Going to a full octave often produces poor results. Attempting 1.5 octaves is ludicrous.
