Subject: Re: Installing an amp in a passive 10" Paradigm sb-100 sub

The original woofer works. Just thought that I might have to replace it at some point since it is 10 years old. I have the documentation on the speaker.

Here are the manufacturer's specs:
Design single driver, dual voice-coil
Crossover 4th order electro/acoustic at 100Hz, frequency and phase corrected
Bass 255mm (10"), 1 1/2" voice-coil kapton former
Low Frequency Extension 36Hz(DIN)
Frequency Response 40Hz-100Hz
Sensitivity-Room/Anechoic 94dB/91dB
Suitable Amplifier Power Range 15-200 watts
Maximum Input Power 100 watts
Nominal/Minimum Impedance 8 ohms/6 ohms
Dimensions 17" x 17" x 19" (W x D x H)

I intend to leave the woofer right where it is for now. Hopefully my amp is ok for the woofer.

I have an M & K Miller Kreissel VX-1250 SubWoofer Amplifier that I am going to install as per your instructions.
