It's probably less cost effective to use a car audio amplifier for pro audio use. Don't forget that you still have to buy a sufficient AC/DC converter for the car audio amp, unless you plan to walk around with a stack of car batteries.

Concerning car audio subwoofers, typically they are not efficient enough for pro audio use (with the possible exception of a tapped horn alignment).
