Subject: Designing a Sub Enclosure for a Wrangler

I am not going for competition sound but I would like to design a
decent sound system for my '04 Wrangler Unlimited. I currently have 5
1/4 Infinity Kappa components front and 6 1/2 Infinity Kappa
components on the sound bar wired to an Alpine PDX-4.150. I have
another PDX-1.1000 that I have not wired in yet. This is the first time I
have tried to design a sub enclosure and I could use a lot of advise. I
mainly listen to Electronica and Industrial. I need to retain as much of
my storage area as possible. Originally I was going a use 1 sealed and
2 ported sub boxes or visa versa. Today I read about 4th order, sixth
order and Transmission Line Bandpass systems. I seems I can get
better sound using fewer subs and less space with a bandpass system
rather than a dedicated box for each sub. I do not understand tuning
and what not. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
