Sounds like that will do the job fine. Careful with the RMS power capability of that amp, there's also a 500w version as well.
Your might consider a professional amplifier rack, Crown, QSC, or Peavey are all decent brands. Get that plus a rackmount multiprocessor (EQ, compression, crossovers...)
