Sourcing a power amp for powered sub |

Hey there,
I need some help. I want to build my own powered subs for FOH powered system to use for my band. We are currently playing to about 200-300 people in a medium sized room. I was thinking of something similar to vented enclosure with single 18" with an RMS rating of about 600wt and peak 1,200 with a built in crossover. I have searched everywhere on the net without success to locate anyone who sells active sub power amps that I could load straight into my home built enclosures. Please, anyone who has a link for me can you please post same, thanks.
