those are like the formulas here. i have no clue what the heck that upside down "V" symbol is.
in the radio shack book, the formulas are simple like for sealed boxes "multiply QTS by Q = QTC, QTC squared times VAS = VB & VB divided by FS = F3 frequency"
i totally faked the formulas, but they were basic like that. man i wish i didn't toss my copy when i moved, but thanks for trying to help.
