WINisd pro confirms the -6db loss in sensitivity when doubling the cone mass.
the simulator also confirms that the 20Hz response can be brought up by about 16 to 18db by changing the port tuning from 37Hz (music based) to 22Hz (sound effects based.
WIN isd also confirms that the max SPL @ 20Hz goes from 95db to 114db with the same Xmax=5mm.

That is some improvement in bottom end by throwing away maximum SPL.

Listening to the standard box and the low Fb box is completely different. I have achieved close enough to my target. Added mass reigns.
