NEWBIE NEEDS HELP! |

I was given 2 10" sony Xplod subs (1100 W each) along with a 12" MTX sub. Should I just stick with using the two 10's or throw the 12 in along with the system or what?
I'm also going to be constructing my own enclosure and doing alot of the work/installation myself, any tips or anything would be cool.
I want a system that I can have custom settings for diff types of music I play (in other words I dont just want an overpowering bass sound when I want to listen to rock for example, but doo want a ridiculous amount in the mix when listening to hip hop and such)
What amp should I purchase?
wireing (gauge and such)?
Active/passive setup?
Will I need an after market alternator?
output levels?
I think that might cover it
if there is anything else that comes to mind that I should know, please include it
