Hello I am going to buy an Orion HCCA 12 inch subwoofer. I am new to all this stuff but I hear that this sub hits really hard (http://www.carreview.com/cat/car-audio/subwoofers/Orion/PRD_50418_1808crx.aspx) I am going to use the orion HCCA-D2400 amplifier (http://www.orioncaraudio.com/amps/Dmono.asp) and i need to build a ported box. I want this to hit as hard as possible while still having a good amount of clarity. This website tells all of the frequencies and types of enclosures that work best (http://www.orioncaraudio.com/alley/pdfs/hccabrief.pdf#search=%22hcca%2012%22)
If someone could please review the information and either draw or explain the exact dimensions needed to optimize this setup. Thanks for your help and I will be looking forward to hearing back from you guys.
