cheap subwoofer |

I am designing a subwoofer box that must be cost effective and can still stand up to the quality of name brand subwoofers. The boxes that we are given to work with are .75 inch thick medium density fibre-board and .5 inch thick particle-board. If someone has any suggestions on the type of damping material to use and how to brace the box that would be great.
