As suggested on this page I made two 4 cu FT boxes. Quote:" According to the specs, these drivers really are for sealed enclosure, however, anything is possible. For example:
4th bandpass. rear 3.7 cu ft front 1.7 cu ft front port 4" dia 11" long -3dB at 25Hz and 58Hz. Good match for almost any main speakers.
4 cubic foot ported, 20Hz tune 4" dia port 18" long, -3dB at 25Hz, -6dB at 18.5Hz, 0.5dB peak at 60Hz, max group delay at 40Hz only 7.5ms, a VERY nice compromise with true HT capability with over 100dB linear output from 18hz through 30Hz with more SPL above that.
Of course, you could also build with a passive radiator.
With two of these ported units in your living room, you'll have over 106dB total output. A mere 50W amp will produce distortion free output driving both woofers, well within xmax, to 102dB at 20Hz, and over 105dB at 30Hz, over 107dB at 60Hz." End of Quote.
Well the problem is that that the boxes are too big for my living room (WAF !!!!) I was wondering if it is possible to put two units in the same box( 4 cu ft). Or is there any other way to use both units (Peerless SLS 830668). I realy don`t wont to built a new box. THX, MIha
