An 8 cu ft box is about optimum for the 515B if:

You can tune it to Fs (two 4" dia X 9.5" long ports in 8 cu ft).

Use a two pole high-pass filter with a Q=1.3~2.0 at Fs.

Run a 10R/25W resistor in series with the woofer.

The Qts is so low on the 515B, and because it is 16R, it takes a 10 ohm resistor in series to raise the Qts to where you can get some reasonable bass out of the driver.

The driver is still 100dB per watt, but because of the very high impedance it will only be about 91dB~92dB/2.83V/1M

This driver was designed in an era where an SET amplifier had this kind of output impedance, and coupled to a horn the overall efficency was about 25%~50% (106dB~109dB).

As a direct radiator with the added resistor the efficency is around 1%.
