Hi Brian!
Thats totally right, and it wont be exactly the same with music. But I would consider the pink noise ratings to be reasonably accurate representations of program material. Certainly, it isn't music, but the weighting is more in-line than say white noise. The point is that Tempest will compress more than the 2226H, especially at high levels.
