Subject: Re: Waveguides, Ports and Peerless XLS 10

is that 30l or 1.08 volume not including the driver and port or is it ? and what do you think about the dimensions and tuning frequency that peerless recommends. which is a 26L enclosure and a 70mm port that is 930mm long. The only thing is that 70mm is not a common port size 3" would be nice but then the length changes which i dont know what it will be to. The enclosure you mentioned that would be tuned to 18.9 hz isnt that a little low and if not how long is the port too?

"Or we can use SPICE or the such and build a circuit which exactly compliments the rising response characteristic - this is easy to do"

what is this i am not familiar with it. and i would need to go that route becuz i am using a crown amplifier which doesnt have an eq although i could buy one i dont want to becuz of the money factor. :)
THANKS SO MUCH ADRIAN ive been waiting becuz i am going to be building them soon. Let me know what you think i should do for a design and anything else necasarry thanks alot! :)
