thats a fuzzy one.
a Tline just acts as that,a line which delays the rear wave to be in phase with the front wave.

a horn matches impedences for efficiency.
a horn 'loads'the speaker,the MOST possible.

Both make use of 1/4wave loading

actualy horns use 1/2wave also i heard

for a horn to work well a wavelength needs to fit around the mouth >somthing like that>


Both tlines and horns are hard to model and are abit tricky.
basshorns pay off the most,but take up the most space.

i think that melhuish site is the best around on the net.
