You can use two Adire Audio Tempests in a 175 cu.ft. box. Sealed, Qtc = 0.81, before you stuff, 100% stuffing should bring it closer to the magic 0.71 number.

i was thinking ported.sealed doesnt give enough output

In this case something around 700W into 8 ohms (even more if you can afford it). If it can do that into 2 ohms, great - that means that you can wire the Tempests in parallel (I'm not a fan of series-wiring for subwoofers).

im not a fan of series wiring either.
where would i find a 2ohm stable amp here? :-P perhaps ebay australia, but i dont really trust random ppl of the net-and remember if i wanted 120db i would be getting a labhorn, not 2sealed box woofers with compression and inefficient boxes.

- the point is only need 110-116 you know, just a good 'bass presence' with quality.

if you're planning to use it in an EBS actively-eq'd alignment like Stig Tangen's "Almighty Subwoofer", you can expect the "in-band" performance of the alignment to be several dB less than this

i know its a waste of time,if he wanted 24hz he shouldve gotn a tempest,or 2245 or a low Fs woofer.
i sort of did that EBS,but to a lesser degree-
Fb=33hz,Vb=175L.i admit relatively few songs go to 33hz,but the ones that do make it impressive. Chemical brothers songs sometimes go low

i was thinking of a behringer sub bass processor

BUT also, with the jbl i can tune it high in small box,get some midbass, and when i sell it,get higher amount of my money back.

i appreciate the discussion :-)
