Subject: Sealed enclosure tolerances

I'm planning on buying a pair of off brand 15"s and for the next week or so I have access to a shop with good tools, and free MDF. I know sealed enclosures are very forving in size vs. quality, but HOW forgiving? does anyone have any idea what a good size boz would be to built for lack of having any T/S parameters?
