If you can post the T\S peramaters of the drivers then we can tell you some things. As for what you need..
You do need:
*some sort of amplifier to drive them
*some sort of enclosure (tell us the type of car and how much space in cubic feet the enclosure can take up as well so we can help you with types of enclosures)
*some wires to hook it all up
*enough power to drive the amplifier, weither it be some capaciters, an extra battery, or a more powerful alternator. In some cases (usually rare+real lucky) you already have enough power to get by just fine if you dont listen to seriously bassy music...
