That's because you cannot create a sealed alignment for any given driver where Qb is less than or equal to the driver's Qts.

Yes, they're all valid.

I really can't recommend going to trouble of building a multimedia subwoofer with a 4" driver, particularly THAT 4" driver, as the Fs and Qts figures are too high. Look for a decent 8" DVC driver - that should give you small enough box size. It probably won't be shielded, but that's not too much of a worry if the subwoofer is placed away from the PC monitor (which is normally the case).
