Hi Vlad!
Your measurements are exactly right, and a 34.2*34.2*34.2cm cube is 40 liters. But you will need to make the box a bit larger, as the driver and port will be taking up some of that 40L - we need net volume to be 40L.
As for fitting that port in the enclosure, theres a few options. First off, have it sticking out the box. Sure its ugly, but it works. Another way is to either choose a different port combination that is acceptable but also fits in that box. Or, use 90degree PVC bends so that the port is fit all inside the box. Or simply make use of a shelf vent which is a port made of wood that runs along the walls of the enclosure. Any of these will work fine.
