Subject: Re: Internal Bracing Questions

Im making it primaraly for SQ, not SPL. Apparently SPL is a side effect of using the tumult driver, and im happy about that. So my goal is to try to brace it as best I can without making it difficult for air inside to move around.
Ive noticed many people have used a 'wall' inside the box, and have just routed a bunch of 5" (or so) holes in the walls to 'turn it into a brace.' I feel very skeptical about doing this. (example: click 'construction' on this page)

Brian, Could you describe your 'shelf brace' a little more? Is it like the wall with holes I was describing?
