Since they are JL's, I take it is for car use? If it were for a house I would definitely say build three boxes and just stack them together. This is not as easy to do with a car box. Maybe if you are very creative and have very good building skills. Most likely, just make sure once its built it will fit into (and out of) the opening for trunk hatchback or whatever(if it is going to be a close fit, try a cardboard mockup to be certain, don't laugh it works great! I did this for a box to go behind the seat of my regular cab truck, and found out it didn't fit; saved some time frustration and wood). A few friends around helps. In any case with 15" JL's you will need good bracing of the box, 2x2 is very cheap and works quite well, brace from top to bottom and the sides. Definitley account for the volume of the bracing when calculating box volume, you'll be sticking quite a bit of wood into it.
