Yeah, some do. Also, there are some which drop the power on the antenna line when the tuner is not the source in use. So, you switch to CD or tape, your amps would shut down. Generally, good after-market units will have both remote and antenna leads. The biggest problem is in trying to integrate stock head units into upgraded systems.
