Eminence 151269 rubber surround X-max=.36"(9mm) Fs=23.4hz Qms=11.63 Qe=.35 Qts=.34 Vas=16.27ft Re=6.21ohms Le=1.5mH No=1.626% SPL=95.41dB/2.83V/1M
USD$56 from Martin Sound USD$500 minimum order
A pair of these in 12.8 cu ft with a Q=2 high pass filter at 23.4hz=Faux=Fb=Fs=F3 are 101.4dB/2.83V/1M
With no eq a pair are 100.3dB/2.83V/1M at 50hz
I ran the numbers on your box and driver and with no eq it is 94dB/2.83V/1M at 50hz and 100W will cause it to exceed the coil overhang of 5.5mm at 50hz. If you plug in the claimed x-max of 12mm and see what it can do at x-max at 50hz you come up with 120dB.
The Eminence will handle 200W at 50hz without exceeding its 9mm coil overhang. A pair will do 123dB at 50hz without exceeding x-max.
The 18" driver will go into power compression as it exceeds the 5.5mm coil overhang while the pair of 15s will still be in the gap.
At USD$56, the Eminence 151269 are an incredible value.
