i did forget to mention that the 2 channel MTX amps are class A amps. this means they're not as efficient as class D amps, but I believe that class A amps sound better than class D amps. one reason is the damping factor. the 6152 and 8302 have a damping factor of >200, which is very respectable for how much the MTX amps cost. most class D amps have damping factors around 50, but some of the better ones - such as zapco amps - can have damping factors anywhere from 150 to >1000!!! just check out the specs and compare (this applies to both amps and subs).
