If your meter is that inaccurate, you can account for the inaccuracy of the meter (and output variation at the amplifier's terminals) by measuring both the voltage across the resistor AND the voltage across the entire circuit (i.e. at the amplifier's terminals) for each frequency point, then using this information to generate an impedance graph, from which you can then determine Fl and Fh.
