I think your question has been answered- quality, inexpensive subs right - now it is up to you to determine your budget, buy a sub and build a box to suit your taste for low bass. Just tune your box to a lower frequency based on your choice in sub's T/S parameters. Basically, all the subs mentioned will play in the lower frequency range quite nicely. (except in my opinion the Pyramid, cheap-yes, quality-not a chance, it's just a nicely packaged POS!) < Corey
