I have a 1998 chev Lumina, I Ran 4 Guage power wire to the trunk for 2 amps, one amp has 4 15 amp fuses in it, other has 2 15 amp fuses, the cars original electrical system has a 6 guage ground strap, I decided to add a 4 guage graound strap on top of that. I ran this ground from the battery negative to another point on the chasis. The day after I Put this on as soon as I turned my volume up on my sterio my check engine light came on?????? What could have caused this, also would it be better to groung both grounds on the same spot on the chasis?
