Subject: My first box design, please tell me if it works.

This box is made for my 1989 Blazer, to fit in the back. I am going to be using a sealed box with the Audiobahn Alum 12Q driver. Here are the specs of the driver:

Fs: 24.4
Qts: 0.47
Qtc: 0.52
Qms: 4.8
VAS: 76 liters
Re: 5.4 ohms
Le: 2.7 mH
Mmd: 186
Xmax: +/-14mm
RMS: 1000 watts (AHG)
Sd: 0.049m2
EBP: 47
Freq. Response: 18Hz - 500Hz
Efficiency: 96.4 decibals
Dimensions:
Depth: 5 5/8"
Diameter: 12 3/4"
Displacement: 0.18 ft3

I will use this in a sealed box, and I chose a QTC of 0.707.

The box volume will be 60.1845 liters, which is 2.1254 cubic feet. With the speaker displacement, the inside of my box needs to be 2.3054 cubic feet. I plan on stuffing the box with fiberfill, not so much to reduce the required space but to cut down on unwanted resonances. Stuffing the box with 0.85lb/ft3 of fill increases the apparent size by 29%.
That means my box will have to have internal dimensions coming to 1.7871 ft3, which is 3088.1 cubic inches. Based on this figure, I want the INSIDE front of my box to be 14x14x15.7556. The subwoofer will be mounted on the 14x14 side.

I think I have taken care of everything. The outside dimensions of the box will depend on the thickness of my fiberboard. If anyone has any comments, please help me out.
