The wiring configuration required for this setup really depends on how you want it wired, and the functionality of your headunit.

The BP1200 amplifier is designed for use with headunits that do not have a nonfading output, and so has connections for all four channels. This allows you to use the rear channels for full range speakers also, and still have the fader functionality.

Personally I think this is not important to you as you seem to be using the front set of pre outs only for the full range speakers.

The next question is are the JBL subs going to be in their own cabinets (airspace) or are they going to share the same airspace?

If the subs are in seperate enclosures then you may aswell run stereo subs, and run the rear left pre out to one of the sub amp right and left front inputs (Y cable), and the rear right pre out to the other amps L&R front inputs using another Y cable.

If you will be running mono bass, then tyou will need to wire both of the amps with L7R signals from the rear pre outs, again you will need to use a Y-cable to split the signal to the two amplifiers.

Wire all the remote cables togeather, then up to the headunit, this will allow all the amps to switch on at the same time.
