No, its not wired in parallel at the moment, as you only have one 1203. Two drivers are required to wire in parallel. For parallel connection for a 2ohm load total on the two 1203's, you must wire the positive terminals on each driver togethor, and the negative terminals on each driver togethor. Then, a wire going from the outputs of the amp to one of the drivers. This will present a 2 ohm load.

The Audio Source 15" subwoofer you mentioned is a home theatre subwoofer, and is already in its own box with powered amp (assumingly). I would not reccomend it for the car. You wont need it anyway: two BPD1203's is enough, and you wont have enough power for the 15"er anyway.
