Try this, most older stereo equipment used this configuration.

Pin 1 Input left
Pin 4 Input right
Pin 2 Ground
Pin 3 Output left
Pin 5 Output right

If it wants mono then try this:

Pin 1 Signal, positiv
Pin 4 n.c.
Pin 2 Ground
Pin 3 Signal, negativ
Pin 5 n.c.
